An Iconic Venue Transformed Into A World Class Culinary Destination

Tucked inside Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Tambourine Room blends global influences with the rich artistry of its Art Deco beginnings to create a symphony of French and Asian cuisine. Acclaimed Chef Tristan Brandt draws deeply from his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and Asia to craft a genre-defying tasting menu where bold flavors and refined technique play in perfect sync.

At just twelve, Chef Tristan Brandt discovered a profound passion for culinary artistry—a passion he has since cultivated into border-defying cuisine. Under the discerning mentorship of the illustrious three-Michelin-starred Harald Wohlfahrt, he refined his craft for eight years, culminating in a historic achievement: becoming Germany’s youngest chef to be awarded two Michelin stars in 2016.

Once the crown jewel of Miami Beach, Tambourine Room originally opened in 1958 as a space for cocktails and conversation and a haven for jazz legends.  Nearly 65 years later, Chef Brandt and his talented team breathed life once again into the iconic venue through a reimagined lens of contemporary fine dining.

With the latest addition of chef de cuisine, Logan McNeil brings Tambourine fresh creativity and bold flavors, blending global influences with the resort’s commitment to wellness and sustainability.
